At the end of the one-year rental period, the user may terminate his/her right of use by not renewing his/her membership. The return procedure for devices (information and registration panels) sold through the provimes.com site is as follows.
In general, you can return the products you purchased within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without destroying, using and without impairing the resaleability of the product, by stating the return reason.Used, destroyed etc. Products as such cannot be returned. The invoice of the product must be sent along with the returned product.
1. Entering an incorrect address

2. Sending damaged product to your address
