Thanks to Provimes new generation visitor and meeting management, you can provide fast and secure registration to your visitors during their entrance. With the Visitor Panel used, in addition to easy registration, you also fulfill the requirements of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
The main features of the visitor panel are:
- Multi-language operation that allows the visitor to register in all required languages
- Opportunity to inform and approve visitors about KVKK, Occupational Safety or other issues (parametric and can be turned off if desired)
- For visitors with an appointment, fast transition with a 5-digit code sent to the visitor via SMS
- Notifying the visited person as SMS and "Someone" notification
- Occupational safety, advertising or other purpose video display for visitors (parametric and can be turned off if desired)
- Ability to print visitor name, surname, meeting place, Wi-Fi password and ID card with QR code
